Barrier Thermoformed Films

1 High Barrier Thermoformed Films

Упаковка - пленки барьерные для формовкиThe high barrier thermoformed films contain PA (polyamide) and EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer) layer as a barrier material. Such film structure is used in order to increase the shelf life of the products. The high barrier formed film is used for the FSS lines of Multivac, Tiromat, Webomatic type, etc., for modified gas media and vacuum packing of the products. The forming depth depends on film thickness. High barrier capacity: gas permeability depends on minimal thickness of the film after forming, as a rule, about O2 ≈ 23-5 cm3/m2/24h*1 bar. The packaged product may be frozen. The consumers are meat-packing plants, fish factories, cheese making plants, manufacturers of curd cheese, ready-to-eat meals, vegetables, etc.

1.1 Medium Barrier Thermoformed Films

The medium barrier thermoformed films contain PA (polyamide) as a barrier material. As compared with polyethylene, this material has higher physical and mechanical properties and ensures necessary hardness of the package. The medium barrier formed film is used for the FSS lines of Multivac, Tiromat, Webomatic type, etc., for vacuum packing of the products. The forming depth depends on film thickness. Medium barrier capacity: gas permeability depends on minimal thickness of the film after forming, as a rule, about O2 ≈ 40-80 cm3/m2/24h*1 bar. The packaged product may be frozen. The consumers are meat-packing plants, fish factories, cheese making plants, manufacturers of curd cheese, ready-to-eat meals, vegetables, etc.

1.2 Unsymmetrical Medium Barrier Films for Forming

The medium barrier unsymmetrical (lower) filmscontain PA. PA in the external layer reduces the friction coefficient. It is a non-standard material for us. The lower formed film is used for the FFS lines of Multivac, Tiromat, Webomatic type, etc., for vacuum packing of the products. The forming depth depends on film thickness: minimum 10 mm and maximum 60-70 mm. Medium barrier capacity: gas permeability depends on minimal thickness of the film after forming, as a rule, about O2 ≈ 40-80 cm3/m2/24h*1 bar. The packaged product may be pasteurized and frozen. The consumers are meat-packing plants, fish factories, cheese making plants, manufacturers of curd cheese, ready-to-eat meals, vegetables, etc.
